Important: By using Clipmatic to download or generate clips from YouTube videos, you represent and warrant that you are the rights holder of, or have explicit permission to download and redistribute, any video content processed through our service.

Clipmatic provides technical tools only. We are not responsible for:

• Violations of YouTube's Terms of Service
• Copyright infringement arising from clips you download or distribute
• Any content you post to social media platforms using our generated clips or captions

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to download, edit, and redistribute any video content. Use of our clip generation features on content you do not own is a violation of these terms and may violate applicable copyright law.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or use the service in a way that circumvents usage limits.

5. AI-Generated Content
